- 水都大阪。
道頓堀も京都（三条）の鴨川のような自然に若者の集まる空間になると信じております。
トップバナー(?)の写真の話に変わりますが、新梅田シティにタイ焼き屋さんがあるんですねー。
夜景を見ながらホカホカのタイ焼きが食べれるなんて・・これは行くしかないです。

あ、そうか。鴨川も道頓堀川も同じ川だ^^; ああいう、まったりとした川辺もいいですね。

マルイト難波ビルにジュンク堂とスーパーライフがオープンしたとのことで見てきました。
ジュンク堂に関しては堂島の大阪本店と雰囲気的には似た感じで、特に新鮮さは感じませんでした。お客さんの入りは悪天候にしてはまずまずか、といったところです。ただ、これまでなんばハッチ以外に特に集客のできる施設がなかった湊町に大型書店ができたのは街にとってはいいと思います。
ライフとホームセンターダイキ（未オープンで想像ですが
）は、いずれも都心型店舗を意識した感じで、こちらの方が新鮮に感じました。
しかし、オフィスのテナント集めに関してはやはり難航しているのか、7階と20階に10社少々入居しただけで、8〜19階のテナントは全くありません（新築直後だけに今後増えていくでしょうけど）。マルイトやホテルモントレの本社も入るようです。
東京駅前の新築ビルでさえ空室率が異常に高い時代ですので仕方ないのでしょうかね？

マルイト難波ビルの商業ゾーンがオープンしたんですね。ライフはけっこう深夜まで営業しているようで。ジュンク堂はお話をきいてイメージできました。近々現地を見にいかねば。オーキャットはどうなってるかなー。
オフィスをはじめ空室が多くなっているのは深刻ですね。市内の結構都心でもビルの地上階が空いているのをちらほら見かけます。もうそろそろ景気が好転していく事と大阪の底力を信じたい‥‥
